Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will promptly replace it. Returns or requests for replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping will not be accepted.

How to return:
Please contact us via email at info@hiveluxuryfragrances.com for a return slip. Pack your item securely and return to us including the slip provided.   If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

Return your package using a recorded delivery service. Acceptable recorded delivery services include UPS, Fed Ex, and Certified Mail.
